What is pottyspray?
Pottyspray Organic Antibacterial Toilet Deodorizer and Disinfectant is a wonderful new formula specifically developed for your immediate and personal toilet hygiene needs. Using a new quaternary ammonium compound and tea tree essential oil, Pottyspray provides safe yet powerful disinfecting, deodorizing and anti-bacterial action. There is nothing like it in the market today!
Why can’t I just use alcohol instead?
There are certain non-enveloped viruses such as hepatitis A and enteroviruses, which are both responsible for viral gastrointestinal infections. Depending on the alcohol concentration and time of exposure to the alcohol, such bacteria and other non-enveloped viruses may not be eliminated.
Why should I use pottyspray?
We all fear using public toilet seats. You can just imagine how much bacteria are on them no matter how clean they might look. But at the same time, squatting over the toilet bowl can be very difficult. If you think that covering the toilet seat with tissue paper helps… think again! Pottyspray is the first product specifically designed to disinfect and sanitize public toilet seats for individual use.
Couldn’t I use a hand sanitizer to disinfect the seat?
The active ingredient on most, if not all, hand sanitizers is alcohol. And as previously mentioned, depending on the alcohol concentration and time of exposure to the alcohol, certain bacteria and other non-enveloped viruses may not be eliminated. In addition, hand sanitizers contain softeners such as aloe or Vitamin E that would smear and leave a greasy film on the seat.
How effective is pottyspray?
Pottyspray kills 99.9% germs as well as disease-causing microbes, fungi and bacteria that alcohol alone cannot eliminate such as “Salmonella choleraesius”, “Candida albicans”, “Staphylococcus aureus” and “Echerichia coli (commonly known as E.coli)”. This has been proven through an independent test by the UP Natural Sciences Research Institute (UP NSRI).
Is pottyspray safe?
Definitely. This is attested by Pottyspray’s approval by the “Bureau of Food and Drugs” (BFAD). Pottyspray is organic and biodegradable. It is so safe that immediate contact with the skin after spraying does not cause any adverse reaction or irritation.
Does pottyspray leave the seat wet?
The wiping action after application leaves the seat dry. We know that sitting on a dry toilet seat is critical, so we made that a top priority when designing this product.
Can I recycle the bottle?
Yes, our bottles are made of PET recyclable plastic.
